Here’s how: Make sure iCUE is closed. You can press Ctrl+Shift+Esc to bring up Task Manager to verify. On your keyboard, press Win+R (the Windows logo key and the R key). In the popped up Run box, type or paste %appdata% and click OK. Cut the Corsair folder and paste it on your Desktop as a backup.
It came with the corsair commander core, which I didn't really want to use but the pump has a unique plug that can only go into the commander coreguess I gotta use it. Installed it and the iCue software. iCue would not see the CPU cooler, the lights and fans working, but cannot customize the lighting. Tried reinstalling a bunch but no luck.
I have this same issue. Lighting Node Core that came with QL120's is not recognized when plugged into Commander Pro. Is recognized when plugged direct into mobo (Asus Crosshair VIII X570). I have the spare USB port on the mobo to use, but it bugs me that the onboard ports of the $75 controller don't work as they should. Paging Corsair support
To those that may find this in the future: The Commander Core XT is not a hot pluggable device for fans (although it seems to be for RGB). I had to disconnect the sata connector, connect the fans, and reconnect (I did not need to remove USB) After doing this, the fans were detected. This was verified with both a Corsair fan and a non-Corsair
Good evening, Recently I bought an iCUE 465X RGB Case. It comes with 3 LL120 RGB fans and an iCUE Lighting Node CORE. Today I finished upgrading to the new case. I plugged the node in Sata Power and an USB 2.0 Header of my MB. Fans RGB are connected to the node. When I start up the PC, the LL120 fans are spinning, but the RGB isn´t working.
E24tXO. Hi, I just attached a new Commander Pro to my PC. I am seeing that Commander Pro has a led indicator on its body, but it does not light up. ICue properly recognizes Commander Pro.
2) If it does not work, it is possible the config file for the Commander has become corrupted. Quit iCUE. Navigate to C:User/ (name)/App Data (hidden)/Roaming/Corsair/CUE/Cooling and then cut and paste that configurations file to the desktop. Now relaunch the program and it will generate a new config file.
If you only see the Commander Core, power down your system and make sure that the cable from your Elite Capellix is fully and correctly plugged in to your Commander Core. Step 4: Force refresh your Elite Capellix. If your Elite Capellix is still not being detected, try force refreshing the cooler. Close iCUE completely.
The issue you will have is getting the lighting the way you want. iCUE will recognize the lighting node that the fans plug into. iCUE won’t recognize the fans themselves. So you’ll have to select a Corsair fan and hope the RGB pattern will work. 2.
its the LL120, the other 2 out of the 6 are also LL120 and they are running fine. And the problem is the fan is not being detected at all by the commander pro, but if I force update the driver, while the driver is updating, the fan spins normally and then right as the driver finishes, it stops again.
corsair commander pro not working
