IMO Far Cry has always had a limited range of guns. Far Cry 5's guns are kinda weird in that a lot of them are redundant, but all the Far Cry games only offer you a sample-platter of guns, where most of them will only fulfill one function and thus preclude the use of other guns. To have the upper hand against the Castillo’s army you will need a good arsenal from the very beginning, so here are the best weapons that you can get early in the game: 5. El General. Damage: 1.5. Other solution is to have a weapon in my four slots to take them down, but I’m not sure what is best, while not having to change my load out too much.
